Shipping is at best an expensive necessity for all our products, and we are experienced in shipping across town or to distant parts of the world.
We ship from our warehouse Monday thru Friday, except national holidays. We process all of our orders in 1 to 3 business days and proved tracking numbers for all packages. Confirmation emails keep you updated on our shipping process.
Shipping prices here are quoted for approximate weight. At checkout, you will be asked to pay the price quoted in the listing itself. When the package is safely wrapped and sent from our shop, any excess shipping you paid will be refund back to you. Our policy has always been that shipping is an exact expense and not something we make a profit on.
We gladly ship worldwide. We can provide a exact quote to your location, or refund any excess you may have paid. You will not ever pay more then the amount shown at checkout.
International shipping requires US Custom forms that are marked as merchandise. It is illegal for us to mark the package as a gift or to alter the value of the contents. Please don't ask us to break the rules.
You as the buyer are responsible for any VAT taxes, import fees, customs taxes charged by your home country. It is always a good idea to check with your local authority to find out what these fees may be.
A package returned to us because of unpaid custom fees or VAT taxes will be refunded minus any direct costs we bear as a result of the return. The US Post Office does charge additional shipping for package returns. In the event of a return of this nature original shipping charges will not be refunded as well. Please be careful to know the extent of the fees your home country will charge.
In the unlikely event of damage to your item, we do insure our packages at our expense. We do ask for your help in documenting the damage so we may file an insurance claim. Please don't destroy the boxes or packing material until after a claim has been validated.
